Being part of the telesales team, Craig is highly motivated to marry the right candidate with the right job.

Craig is a musician in his spare time. He also enjoys playing football, socialising with friends, reading and travelling.

Charlotte Brewster

Charlotte began work in the care sector in 2002, after studying for a law degree which specialized in human rights. She spent 10 years working as a senior healthcare assistant and has first-hand experience working in community support services, supported living, day care, children’s services and respite care, as well as working with adults who have learning disabilities. Charlotte has specialist knowledge in person centered planning facilitation and is qualified to Level 4 in Education and Training.

Ruby Cheetham

Ruby is a key member of our Administration team and overseas the smooth running of our head office. Amongst many other daily tasks, Ruby is in charge of the DBS application process for our candidates and ensuring all their documents are correct. In her spare time she enjoys shopping, socializing and walking her dog.

Marketing Manager

Rob Woodwark

Rob has over 12 years’ marketing experience and is responsible for running our Marketing department. Rob is creative and original in his thinking, and likes to reflect this in his work. He excels in planning social media and advertising campaigns and has real flare when it comes to graphic design. Away from work, Rob enjoys football and running.

Ashley Vanzie

Ashley has worked in a number of account management/sales roles in various sectors. Ashley is a people person, who enjoys interacting with all different types of people and being able to solve any problems they may have. In his spare time he is a keen sports fan, and has a great passion for boxing and keeping fit.

Ana is an ambitious, hard-working and friendly person who is searching for perfection in every aspect. She is flexible and positive person, who enjoys speaking with people and providing them a chance to change their career. Ana is fluent in Romanian, Russian and English languages.

Adrian Neamtu

Adrian is a real team player, who works for both the Marketing team and the Recruitment team. With over four years experience in media, news, graphic design and marketing, he specialises in photography and videography. Adrian is a positive thinker who really enjoys working with people.

Jayne Kavanagh

Jayne has over seven years previous accounts experience, specializing in credit control. Jayne enjoys working closely with clients and dealing with any queries they had. In her spare time Jane enjoy socializing with her family and friends.

Jamie Rowbottom

Jamie looks after our accounts here at Avanta Care and has over 30 years’ finance experience. His priority is efficiency and he works closely everyday with his counterparts in our clients’ accounts departments so that invoices and people get paid on time.

Becky Thomas

Becky joined Avanta Care in 2014 on an apprenticeship scheme studying business management. Having impressed within her first three months, she was offered a permanent position in our Accounts team. Becky is enthusiastic about learning and is passionate about her work. She has an NVQ in Business Administration.

Craig is responsible for business development at Avanta Care and oversees various aspects of the company. With over 15 years’ experience of managing and developing businesses, mainly within the healthcare industry, Craig’s vast knowledge and expertise has helped grow the company over the last five years. Craig is renowned for his project planning and problem solving skills

Nichola Singh

It is Nicholas’s job to analyze how each department within the business is performing, and keeping an eye out for industry changes. She enjoys socializing with friends, spending time with her family and going to the gym.
