We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our Healthcare Recruitment team in Pudsey, Leeds.
The ideal candidate will be confident, organised and ambitious. The role will mainly involve managing client accounts, as well as sourcing new clients. Previous healthcare sales experience is preferred.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Contacting existing and new clients to develop and build relationships
- Sending Marketing material to potential clients
- Resourcing – identifying and approaching suitable companies
- Managing interviews, thoroughly screening candidates and complete background checks
- Updating company databases
- The ability to work alone and manage own workloads
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Organised and able to manage different projects at different stages
- Analytical and methodical in your approach
- Motivated and results-driven
- Able to act quickly and decisively
