Supporting Career Development

Further Education

And the training doesn’t stop at the basics.

We offer additional training and further education to all our healthcare employees.

Additional training courses

We encourage our healthcare workers to further their knowledge, which is why we now offer additional training courses and qualifications.

These qualifications are designed to equip learners with the skills and knowledge needed to care for others in a broad range of health or social care settings.

A Diploma in Health and Social Care is flexible to suit all fields of health and social care. Learners can select a pathway that suits their role – for example, working with people with a learning disability, people with dementia or other illnesses.

What is your level?

Level 2

Suitable for healthcare workers or those wanting to begin a career in care. If you are already working in care, you probably work mainly under supervision. Gaining this qualification will help increase your skills and take on more responsibility

Level 3

Suitable for healthcare workers, who have some levels of responsibility in the workplace. Gaining this qualification will help to develop or demonstrate your skills, perhaps to become a senior care worker.
Level 4
Suitable for healthcare workers, wanting to work in more senior positions within Adult Social Care, such as a Social Care Assessor. Learners may progress to a relevant Level 5 Health and Social Care qualification on completion of this Level 4 Diploma.
Level 5
This qualification is designed for existing managers working within a social care setting, or for those who may hold an assistant or deputy role with significant responsibilities for the setting.
