THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS - NURSES

1.
INTRODUCTION TO CANDIDATES

We will send you a selection of profiles with candidate introductory videos

2.
VIDEO INTERVIEWS

You inform us of the candidates you wish to interview and a suitable date and time

3.
COMPLIANCE & DOCUMENTATION

We ensure compliance checks on the candidate and provide the client with all relevant documents and references

4.
VISA & TRAVEL ASSISTANCE

We assist the candidate in applying for their visa and with booking their travel to the UK

5.
ACCOMMODATION SOURCING

We work with all parties in relation to accommodation requirements

6.
CANDIDATE ARRIVES

Once the candidate arrives, we will send our invoice. We advise booking the OSCE within the first 6 months

NURSE CRITERIA

All nurses have the following as standard:

WHAT ARE THE COSTS INVOLVED?
  • Immigration Surcharge: £364 - £1,000 per candidate (depending on business size)
  • Certificate of Sponsorship (COS): £199 per candidate
  • Our fees: 10% of nurses' annual salary
ADDITIONAL COSTS

To make your job offer more appealing to the candidate, we strongly suggest reimbursing some or all of the costs to the candidate, such as:

  • Visa application fee: £247
  • Transport from the airport to accommodation: Prices vary depending on the distance 
  • 1-3 months rent contribution
  • Flight cost or contribution
  • NMC Registration fee: £195
  • OSCE training and exam: £794
  • Refunded English and CBT costs: Approx. £300 
HOW LONG DOES THE PROCESS TAKE?

The recruiting process can vary in time depending on where the candidate comes from and Home Office visa processing times. Generally, the turnaround from interview to arrival is around 6-8 weeks.
