We will introduce quality health care professionals to you, known as candidates
We ensure that candidates have undertaken accredited Care Certificate Training
We ensure compliance checks on our candidates
We obtain the candidates’ proof of funds
We provide candidates with VISA assistance
We provide candidates with travel assistance
We work with all parties in relation to accommodation requirements
We provide candidates with pastoral care to assist them in settling in the UK
We set all interviews up for you and the candidates
We provide our candidates with access to over 30 other accredited training courses
You will pay us an introduction fee for us making that introduction to you, but only if you choose to engage with the candidate. This is known as the Introduction Fee as set out below
You will only be charged and invoiced for the Introduction Fee once a candidate arrives at your premises

Refunds and Replacement
We provide a clear and simple refund policy
If, after a job offer to a candidate has been made, the engagement does not proceed because the candidate withdraws their acceptance, then you will not be charged
For Overseas candidates (up to 26 weeks maximum) and for UK candidates (up to 12 weeks maximum): If the engagement is terminated within the duration of their visa by the Candidate, we will offer a replacement candidate of your choice at no extra cost and refund the Certificate of Sponsorship fee
