All our carers have the Care Certificate training as minimum & access to our online training platform

STAFF MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

Access to our bespoke Staff Management Software, which manages employee data, compliance & RTW checks, timesheets and payroll

DBS CHECK

All our carers have a current DBS check​

INSURANCE POLICY

All our carers have a valid insurance policy​

HCA general duties include:

  • Personal Care:

    Dressing, washing and bathing residents

  • Morning & bedtime routines:

    Assisting residents on a morning and preparing for bed on a night

  • Meal Preparation:

    Assisting residents with eating & drinking

  • Moving & Handling:

    Ensuring that residents and moved in the correct and safe way

  • Toileting Assistance:

    Assisting residents using the toilet and changing pads if necessary

  • Support & Companionship:

    Providing support to residents and their families
